Kenya Red Cross recently launched 2025 strategy prioritizes strengthening the capacity of our 47 branches across the country to ensure effective service delivery to the communities we serve. From 5th to 10th July, through the facilitation of IFRC and ICRC, Kenya Red Cross carried out a Branch Organisational Capacity Assessment (BOCA) facilitators training to equip our branches in developing strategic plans for their day-to-day activities.
