Key competencies include: market systems and local value chain development, Cash and Voucher Programming (CVP), cash and Food Assistance programming, sustainable livelihood and resilience programming, Training Facilitation, Micro finance and banking. World Vision: technical leadership in Cash and voucher roll out during COVID-19 response, Food Assistance programming, Cash for Asset (CFA) roll out in West Nile-Uganda, design and implementation of various resilience projects, staff capacity building and private sector engagement. The Savings for Transformation (S4T) project model piloted in 2013 in Taita Taveta County is being replicated across all the programmes as the community members are able to access financial services hence enhanced household resilience.
